What is the refund policy for cancelled bookings?

Our refund policy for cancelled bookings is as follows: If you choose to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed date of the trip. In such cases, we will refund 100% of the total amount paid for the booking. However, if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the trip, we will not be able to provide a refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we advise our customers to review our cancellation policy before making a booking. Please note that any third-party fees or charges incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.
