Can I return or exchange Swiss Cuban cigars if I am not satisfied?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Swiss Cuban cigars. Due to the nature of our products, which include perishable items, we prioritize maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Once the cigars leave our store, we cannot guarantee their proper storage, handling, or authenticity. Furthermore, cigars are a personal preference and vary in taste from one individual to another.
