Swimspot.com has a customer-friendly return policy to ensure complete satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Swimwear bottoms, underwear, and sale items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, simply fill out the online return form on our website and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, or you can choose to use our prepaid label for a flat fee. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned items.
