Our return policy for laptops purchased from Suncoast Laptops is straightforward. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all laptop purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your laptop, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The laptop must be in its original condition with all the accessories and packaging intact. However, please note that any damages caused by the customer will void the return policy. Additionally, software, warranties, and service plans are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or if you have any further questions regarding our return policy.
