What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at Sullivan United - United Van Lines strives to accommodate our customers' needs while ensuring fair business practices. If you need to cancel your move, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Any cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled move date will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made. Cancellations made within 72 hours but no less than 48 hours before the scheduled move date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total cost of the move. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled move date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or payment. We recommend notifying us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, allowing us to better assist you and minimize any inconvenience.
