What is the process for exchanging an item?

To exchange an item, first reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Provide your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange. Once approved, you can send back the item in its original condition with tags attached. After we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the new item to you. Keep in mind that the new item must be of equal or lesser value, and any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly. Shipping costs for the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for shopping with us!
