What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Stuff4scrapbooking.com is designed to provide our customers with maximum satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns on unused and undamaged products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, simply fill out the return form on our website, specifying the reason for the return. Once your request is received, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account. For any further inquiries or assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly customer support team.
