What is the return policy?

The return policy at Stevenalan.com allows customers to return items within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for returns, and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Returns can be initiated online by contacting customer support and obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Once the return is approved, customers can ship the item back using a provided prepaid shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Final sale items, swimwear, and international orders are not eligible for return. Exchanges for a different size or color are not available; customers must return the item and place a new order.
