Yes, you can cancel or modify your order after it has been placed, but there are certain conditions to be met. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped yet. To modify an order, you will need to contact our customer service team as soon as possible, preferably within the first 12 hours of placing the order. However, please note that modifying an order may not always be possible, especially if it has already been processed or shipped. We recommend contacting our customer service team through phone or email and providing them with your order details, so they can assist you accordingly.
