What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Starwest Botanicals is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We kindly request that you include the original invoice or proof of purchase along with the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. We strive to provide excellent service and address any concerns promptly.
