What is your return/exchange policy?

Our return/exchange policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Spytown.com, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, while exchanges will be processed based on availability. Please note that certain items, such as custom-made products or clearance items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
