Our return policy at Spot4ink.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return period for all our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the product must be in unused and undamaged condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that consumable items such as ink cartridges must be unopened for a return to be accepted. To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer support team who will guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, or send a replacement product if preferred.
