What is the cancellation policy for bookings?

South Tourism has a flexible cancellation policy for bookings. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of the tour. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund. However, if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the tour, a cancellation fee may be applied. The amount of the fee may vary depending on the specific tour and duration. In case of a no-show or failure to inform us about the cancellation, no refund will be provided. We recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.
