Our return policy at Skistop.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and flexibility. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the tags and labels intact. To initiate the return process, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization number. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, less any applicable shipping fees. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or clearance items, may be non-returnable or subject to specific conditions.
