Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, Skirack.com has a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Skirack.com offers two options for returns or exchanges: in-store return/exchange and mail-in return/exchange. For in-store returns or exchanges, simply bring the item and your receipt to our retail store. Alternatively, you can initiate a mail-in return/exchange by contacting our customer service team. Please note that some items, such as skis that have been mounted, are not eligible for return. Skirack.com takes pride in ensuring customer satisfaction and strives to make the return or exchange process as convenient as possible.
