How do I cancel or modify an order?

To cancel or modify an order, please reach out to our customer service team who will be happy to assist you. Please have your order number ready when contacting us to expedite the process. Orders can typically be canceled or modified prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will need to be handled through our return process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
