What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Simplyvacuums.com allows customers to return their purchased products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt or order confirmation. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, unless the item received was damaged or defective. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during the original purchase. Please note that certain items, such as clearance or sale items, may not be eligible for return. For more detailed information, please refer to our Returns and Refunds page on our website.
