Our return policy at Silverland Jewelry aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, minus any shipping charges. We strive to process returns promptly and provide excellent support throughout the process.
