What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Sideline Apparel is customer-focused and designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to return the item. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. We also accept exchanges within the same 30-day period, provided the item meets the aforementioned conditions. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if needed. We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 5-7 business days of receiving the item. Please note that any shipping fees incurred are non-refundable.
