Our return policy at Shoepeddlers.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. We offer a full refund for returned items, excluding shipping fees. If the product received is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance. Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
