Yes, there is a return policy for purchases made on Shapefx.com. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, so we offer a hassle-free return process. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. The product(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will promptly issue a refund to your original form of payment.
