Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend Shades Expo?

We understand that situations can arise preventing attendees from joining Shades Expo. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for ticket purchases if you are unable to attend. As an expo, we allocate resources and plan logistics based on the number of expected attendees. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate individual refund requests. However, if you inform us in advance about your inability to attend, we can consider transferring your ticket to another individual upon request. We encourage you to explore this option as it allows others to benefit from your purchase. If you are unable to transfer your ticket, rest assured that we continuously strive to improve our event experience, and we hope to welcome you at a future Shades Expo.
