Our return policy at Securemart.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary, so we strive to make the process as simple and convenient as possible for our customers. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team either through email or phone. They will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the process. It is important to note that the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it for any damage or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
