The item must be unused and in its original condition, along with any tags or packaging. To initiate the return or exchange process, you need to contact Seavenger.com's customer support team and provide them with the necessary information. They will guide you through the steps, including providing a return shipping label if required. Once the item is received and inspected by Seavenger.com, a refund or exchange will be processed. Please note that shipping fees may apply, and certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
