Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Sassysarongs.com, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. We accept returns for any reason, whether it be a sizing issue, a change of mind, or a defective item. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and they will provide you with a return authorization number and all the necessary instructions. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Kindly note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error on our part.
