Our return policy at Sarriscandies.com allows for returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are unsatisfied with your order or received damaged items, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a refund or replacement for your purchase, depending on your preference. Please note that returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were delivered. We are unable to accept returns on perishable items or personalized products unless they were damaged during transit.
