What happens if I cancel my Safehouse subscription?

If you decide to cancel your Safehouse subscription, the following will occur: Firstly, your access to all premium features and services will be discontinued immediately. However, you will still have access to the basic free features of Safehouse. Secondly, any data or files stored in your Safehouse account will remain intact for a grace period of 30 days to allow you to retrieve and backup your information. After this period, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers. Additionally, any automatic backups or sync services will be discontinued upon cancellation. Lastly, you will no longer be charged for your Safehouse subscription following the cancellation. We value your privacy and security and will ensure a smooth cancellation process while giving you sufficient time to transition your data to an alternative storage solution if needed.
