Can I return a product if I am not satisfied with it?

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on all purchases made through SOGKnives.com. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, and they will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, to be eligible for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund, excluding any shipping charges, within 5-7 business days.
