Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can return or exchange a product purchased from Russellorganics.com. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. However, shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
