Our return policy at Rugsdoneright.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the rug within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the rug should be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Additionally, the return must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Once the returned rug is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that custom-sized rugs and clearance items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival. For any further inquiries or to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.
