To be eligible for a return, the rug should be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Once the returned rug is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that custom-sized rugs and clearance items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.
