What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows customers to return products purchased from Robotnik.com within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns for any reason, whether it's a change of mind or a defective item. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. If the return is due to a defective product, we will also cover the shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it, and if everything meets the criteria, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. Please note that certain items, such as customized products or software, may have different return policies, which will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.
