What is the return policy for your products?

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Robert Shaw Industrial Products, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns for products that have been used or damaged. Returns can be initiated by contacting our customer service team, who will provide you with a return authorization number. Please include this number on the packaging when returning the product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We aim to process refunds within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
