Our return policy at Roaste.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for any unused and unopened products. To initiate a return, customers must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Once the return is approved, customers will receive a full refund, excluding any shipping fees. In the case of damaged or defective items, we will gladly replace the product free of charge or issue a refund if preferred. It is important to note that we do not accept returns for any opened or used products due to safety and hygiene reasons. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free return process while maintaining the highest quality standards for our customers.
