Our return policy at Reliablepaper.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for any products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The product being returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the RA number. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or credit, depending on the customer's preference. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strive to process returns promptly and provide excellent support throughout the process.
