What is the return policy for Reiseman?

Reiseman offers a hassle-free return policy for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges. However, please note that custom-made or personalized items, as well as final sale items, are non-returnable. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will guide you through the process. At Reiseman, your happiness is our priority.
