What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows: If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% refund. However, if the captain deems the weather conditions unsafe for the scheduled trip, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the trip at no additional cost. Please note that if you fail to show up for your scheduled trip without prior notice, no refund will be given. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss any modifications or cancellations to your booking.
