What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Redoxx.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team either by phone or through our website. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We strive to process returns and issue refunds promptly.
