Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Readytocover.com, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns on customized or personalized items, unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
