What is your return policy?

Our return policy at RCC Western Stores allows customers to return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached. For footwear, we require the original box to be included in the return. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team or visit any of our store locations. For online purchases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Please note that items marked as final sale or purchased with a promotional discount may not be eligible for return.
