Our warranty policy at Ramsey Outdoor is designed to provide assurance and satisfaction to our customers. We stand behind the quality and durability of our products. For most items, the manufacturer's warranty applies. This means that any defects or problems with the item will be addressed by the manufacturer within the specified warranty period. In such cases, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for assistance. For items that do not have a manufacturer's warranty or in cases where the manufacturer cannot be contacted, Ramsey Outdoor offers a 30-day warranty. If the item is found to be defective within this period, we will either repair or replace it at no additional cost. Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damages. Additionally, certain items such as electronics and clearance items may have different warranty policies. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and we will do our best to resolve any issues or concerns you may have within the terms and conditions of our warranty policy.
