Our return policy at Racquetdepot.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, all tags and labels must still be attached. Please note that some products may have specific return requirements, such as unstrung tennis racquets or custom string jobs. In such cases, please refer to the product description for detailed return instructions. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue the appropriate refund or store credit.
