The system requirements for QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) are a computer with a minimum of 2.0 GHz processor and at least 4 GB of RAM for single-user installations. For multi-user setups, a faster processor and more RAM are recommended. The operating system should be Windows 10, 8.1, or 7, with the latest updates installed. QuickBooks POS also requires a minimum screen resolution of 1280x768 and at least 4 GB of available disk space. Additional hardware requirements include a 60 GB or higher hard drive for data storage, a USB port for hardware connectivity, and an internet connection for software registration and updates. It is also important to note that QuickBooks POS is not compatible with virtual servers or Terminal Services.
