What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Queensboro.com allows customers to return unworn and unused items within 30 days of purchase. We offer a hassle-free return process to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return and receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the product is received and inspected, we will provide a refund to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping fees. Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We strive to provide a seamless and fair return policy to guarantee customer happiness with their purchases.
