What is the return policy?

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. Custom-made products and clearance items are not eligible for return. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team. They will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and guide you through the steps. Please note that the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. For more detailed information about our return policy, please visit our website or contact our customer service team.
