At Qualitybath.com, we understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide your order details. We will guide you through the process and issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund to your original form of payment minus any applicable restocking fees.
