How do I read my electric meter?

To read your electric meter, locate the dials or digital display on the meter. For dials, record the numbers from left to right, ignoring the last dial. If the arrow is between two numbers, record the lower one. For digital displays, note down the numbers shown. Compare this reading to your previous bill to track your usage.
