What is PricePoint.com's return policy?

PricePoint.com offers a straightforward and customer-friendly return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. Please note that some items, such as software and electronic products, may have specific return restrictions. To initiate a return, simply fill out a return request form on our website. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with the returned item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part. Once the returned item is received and checked, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
