Our return/exchange policy at Poptheshop.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We offer free return shipping for customers within the United States. Once we receive the returned item and it is inspected, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
