Our return policy at Perfumeshop.com is designed to ensure our customers' satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, any items purchased during a sale period or at a discounted price are non-returnable. For a smooth return process, we recommend contacting our customer service team who will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake made on our end.
