At Pens.com, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All products must be unused and in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Returns are subject to a small restocking fee. In the case of defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, for non-defective returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase from Pens.com.
